TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

By booking a retreat with Wild Wonder, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all participants, so we kindly ask you to review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Your reservation

a.Pricing

    •    All prices for our retreats are listed in euros (€).

  • We reserve the right to change or adjust prices at any time before you make your booking.

  • Once your booking is confirmed and we have received your payment, the prices are guaranteed and will not change, unless an amendment is made to your booking.

    •    The retreat price includes accommodation, scheduled activities, meals and drinks (as specified), and access to retreat facilities.

    •    Prices do not include  any additional services or activities outside the program.

  • Prices only include transfers where specified. If included in your relevant package but your flight arrival times fall outside of recommended timings you will be required to arrange your own transfer to the retreat.

b.Deposit and Payments

    •    To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

  •   If your booking is within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required. Alternative payment plans may be available on discussion.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from The Wild Wonder Retreats via email.

  • If we do not receive full payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and you will lose your deposit.

c.Cancellations

  •     If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

  • Your deposit payment is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. Any payments paid prior to your cancellation are also non-refundable.

  • If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, we will reschedule your booking to another date and confirm with you.

  • If you do not show up for any part of your holiday, you will still be charged 100% of the holiday cost.

  • You must provide written cancellation notice, and the date you send it will be applied to the above cancellation conditions.

 Your Responsabilities

a. Indemnification Clause

You agree to provide full indemnification without any limitations to any trainer(s), director(s), or contractor(s) in the event of any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident occurring during your interactions with the Company, whether they take place away from or at our primary business location for your Retreat. Wild Wonder Retreats is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the retreat. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

b. Travel Insurance Documents

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that any visas necessary for your destination are organized and arranged by you.

  • We insist that your travel insurance covers the activities involved in your retreat with us, as well as unforeseen cancellations, illnesses, losses, and the typical risks associated with travel.

  • All clients attending our retreats must have travel insurance covering personal accident and injury, including outdoor and adventure sports.

  • You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and health insurance. It's important to understand that The Wild Wonder Retreats is not engaged in the provision of insurance products and cannot be held accountable if your failure to secure suitable insurance coverage leaves you vulnerable, whether medically, financially, or otherwise.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, trip cancellation insurance and coverage for any other activities that may reasonably occur during your Retreat. Your insurance policy must remain valid and in effect for the entire duration of your Retreat. Please take note that even if you possess private health insurance in your country of residence, it is improbable that this insurance will offer sufficient coverage for overseas trips, especially those involving the activities organized during a trip with us.

  • You will be requested to provide a copy of your policy via email or in person before the retreat in the event of an emergency.

  • You should ensure that you have a valid passport, and we recommend that your passport is valid for six months after your return.

 c. Mental Health Considerations

At The Wild Wonder Retreats, we understand that discussions around mental health, including topics like depression, anxiety, and personal challenges, may arise during our retreats. However, it's crucial to note that our instructors and retreat leaders are not qualified mental health professionals. While our team will create an open and supportive environment for guests to share and connect, they cannot offer medical or psychological advice.

d. Day Event Tickets

Day event tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, these tickets cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued for any reason. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as it allows us to effectively plan and organise our day events. If there are any changes to the day event schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders in advance.

e.Code of Conduct

    •    We aim to create a peaceful, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Any behavior that disrupts the retreat or causes discomfort to others will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to ask the participant to leave the retreat, with no refund provided.

f.Force Majeure

    •    Wild Wonder Retreats is not responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

g.Governing Law

    •    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain
