I firmly believe that a healthy mindset is just as essential as physical fitness for achieving overall well-being. That’s why I strive to create a positive and empowering environment where open communication and support are key.”
Sarah’s goal is to help women embrace their full potential by breaking free from limiting beliefs and building lasting self-confidence. She strives to create a space where women can learn to truly love and appreciate themselves, sparking a ripple of positivity that extends into every area of their lives.

A SISTERS' STORY
At Wild Wonder Retreats, we’re proud to have Luisa, Sarah’s sister, as an integral part of our team. Growing up immersed in track and field, Luisa developed a deep love for movement, discipline, and fitness. Today, she’s a professional trainer specializing in acrobatics and flexibility, bringing her unique expertise to every retreat.
Luisa leads the stretching classes in our retreats, guiding participants through movement exercises and workshops designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Her energetic and encouraging approach ensures that every woman, regardless of her fitness level, feels supported and inspired to challenge herself.
With Luisa’s wealth of experience and passion for helping others, you’ll leave each session feeling empowered, revitalized, and more connected to your body than ever before. She’s here to help you move with intention, embrace your potential, and discover the joy of feeling strong and confident in your own skin.

We are thrilled to welcome Ilse to our team!
“My journey began as a gymnast, where I developed a deep appreciation for movement and the incredible potential of the human body. This passion led me to become a gymnastics teacher, and later, a physiotherapist and personal trainer. Over the years, I have cultivated a unique approach that blends science with holistic wellness, drawing inspiration from Ayurveda and the healing power of nature. For the past three years, I have guided yoga students at surf and yoga retreats, combining yoga with the energy of the ocean and natural surroundings to create a truly grounding experience”
Ilse leads the yoga classes during our retreats, guiding participants through empowering sessions and workshops on mindfulness, self reflexion, nutrition and self-love. Additionally, she offers therapeutic massages to help release tension and deepen relaxation. Her mission is to create a nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, find balance, and leave feeling revitalized in body, mind, and soul.
